• Only use appliances and amenities for their intended purpose. 
• Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
• Please leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure.
• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Additional Charges May Apply For: Lost keys or unreturned access cards. Smoking inside the property. Excessive cleaning required after check-out. Damage to property, furnishings, or equipment.
