Terms & conditions

By booking and staying at Manava Suites, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Bookings & Payments

  • All Bookings will pay on arrival if not previously paid.
  • Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.


2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7–21 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, or failure to arrive (no-show), will be charged 100% of the booking total.
  • Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.


3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: from 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out time: by 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and may incur additional fees.


4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must respect the property, furnishings, and surrounding community.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the suites. Designated outdoor areas may be available.
  • No parties or loud gatherings are permitted. Quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM.
  • Only registered guests may stay overnight.


5. Liability

  • Manava Suites is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.


6. Health & Safety

  • Guests must follow all posted safety instructions and comply with any local regulations.
  • Emergency contact details will be provided in your welcome guide.


7. Force Majeure

  • Manava Suites is not liable for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions).


8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Norfolk Island, Australia.
